适用范围
本规程适用于抗震设防烈度8度及以下、建筑高度10m及以下、层数3层及以下的房屋承重墙体构件和楼板(屋面板)构件的设计和施工，也适用于一般工业和民用建筑的非承重墙体构件应用。
本规程不适用于长期处于潮湿或有腐蚀介质环境的构件应用。
