【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifies,inaccordancewithISO10326-1,alaboratorymethodformeasuringandevaluatingtheeffectivenessofthesuspensionofoperatorseatsonagriculturalwheeledtractors.Italsospecifiesacceptancecriteriabasedonthetestresults,whiledefiningtheinputspectralclassesrelatingtothreeclassesofagriculturaltractorwithrubbertyres,unsprungrearaxlesandnolow-frequencycabisolation—thoseofupto3600kg(class1),thoseoffrom3600kgto6500kg(class2),andthoseofover6500kg(class3)—eachofwhichdefinesagroupofmachineshavingsimilarvibrationcharacteristics.Themethodteststheeffectivenessoftheseatsuspensioninreducingtheverticalwhole-bodyvibrationtransmittedtotheoperatoratfrequenciesoffrom1Hzto20Hz.Itisnotapplicabletovibrationreachingtheoperatorotherthanthroughtheseat(e.g.thatsensedbytheoperator'sfeetontheplatformorcontrolpedalsorhandsonthesteeringwheel).NOTEThetestsandcriteriadefinedinthisInternationalStandardareintendedforoperatorseatsusedinagriculturaltractorsofconventionaldesign.Tractorswithdesignfeaturessuchasisolatedfrontorrearaxlesorbothandlow-frequencycabsuspensions,whichresultinsignificantlydifferentvibrationcharacteristics,canbetestedinaccordancewithISO5008todetermineawholebodyvibrationemissionvalueorusingotherstandardsdevelopedformeasuringandevaluatingtheeffectivenessoftheseatsuspensiononsuchvehicles.
