【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsforthefollowingnon-fixedloadliftingattachmentsforcranes,hoistsandmanuallycontrolledloadmanipulatingdevices:—plateclamps;—vacuumlifters;—selfpriming,—non-selfpriming(pump,venturi,turbine);—electricliftingmagnets(batteryfedandmain-fed);—permanentliftingmagnets;—electro-permanentliftingmagnets;—liftingbeams;—C-hooks;—liftingforks;—clamps;definedinclause3.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytheadditionalrequirementsfor:—nonfixedloadliftingattachmentsindirectcontactwithfoodstuffsorPharmaceuticalsrequiringahighlevelofcleanlinessforhygienereasons;—hazardsresultingfromhandlingspecifichazardousmaterials(e.g.explosives,hotmoltenmasses,radiatingmaterials);—hazardscausedbyoperationinanexplosiveatmosphere;—hazardscausedbynoise;—electricalhazards;—hazardsduetohydraulicandpneumaticcomponents.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthehazardsrelatedtomechanicalstrengthofstructuralelementsofattachmentsdesignedformorethan20000liftingcycles.NOTEThecoefficientofutilizationspecifiedinclause5.1.1ensuresthatnofatigueverificationisneededforlessthan20000cycles.Thisisinaccordancewiththewellacceptedcalculationcodese.g.FEM1001.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverattachmentsintendedtoliftabovepeople.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverslings,ladles,expandingmandrels,buckets,grabs,orgrabbuckets.ThehazardscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardareidentifiedinclause4.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverhazardsrelatedtotheliftingofpersons.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletonon-fixedloadliftingattachmentswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCENofthisstandard.
