【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoemissionandimmunityaspectsofEMCforelectricalandelectronicapparatusintendedforuseonrailwayrollingstock.EN50121-3-2appliesfortheintegrationofapparatusonrollingstock.Thefrequencyrangeconsideredisfromd.c.to400GHz.Nomeasurementsneedtobeperformedatfrequencieswherenorequirementisspecified.Theapplicationoftestsshalldependontheparticularapparatus,itsconfiguration,itsports,itstechnologyanditsoperatingconditions.Thisstandardtakesintoaccounttheinternalenvironmentoftherailwayrollingstockandtheexternalenvironmentoftherailway,andinterferencetotheapparatusfromequipmentsuchashand-heldradiotransmitters.Ifaportisintendedtotransmitorreceiveforthepurposeofradiocommunication(intentionalradiators,e.g.transpondersystems),thentheemissionandimmunitylimitsinthisstandardatthecommunicationfrequencydonotapply.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytotransientemissionswhenstartingorstoppingtheapparatus.Theobjectiveofthisstandardistodefinelimitsandtestmethodsforelectromagneticemissionsandimmunitytestrequirementsinrelationtoconductedandradiateddisturbances.Theselimitsandtestsrepresentessentialelectromagneticcompatibilityrequirements.Emissionrequirementshavebeenselectedsoastoensurethatdisturbancesgeneratedbytheapparatusoperatednormallyonrailwayrollingstockdonotexceedalevelwhichcouldpreventotherapparatusfromoperatingasintended.Likewise,theimmunityrequirementshavebeenselectedsoastoensureanadequatelevelofimmunityforrollingstockapparatus.Thelevelsdonothowevercoverextremecaseswhichmayoccurwithanextremelylowprobabilityofoccurrenceinanylocation.Specificrequirementswhichdeviatefromthisstandardshallbespecified.Testrequirementsarespecifiedforeachportconsidered.ThesespecificprovisionsaretobeusedinconjunctionwiththegeneralprovisionsinEN50121-1.
